Designer Whey Sustained Energy Premium Protein Powder

There are a zillion protein powders on the market. If you are like me, you have stood in your nutrition store and gazed at all the containers.  Let me help, and introduce you to Designer Whey Sustained Energy.

Designer Whey is formulated to provide balanced, stimulant-free, sustained energy with fast absorbing whey protein and slower absorbing soy and casein proteins.  Each pretty scoop has 16 grams of premium protein, fiber,  19 vitamins and minerals, and only 100 calories.  It literally has everything you need to recover from a hard run or bike ride!

Most people think protein powder is meant to be mixed with milk or water and gulped down after a workout. How boring. Yes, Designer Whey tastes good enough to just drink straight, but I have a better way to use Designer Whey Sustained Energy Premium Protein Powder.  My Super Balls!!!

Designer Whey Super Balls

My Super Balls are so easy to make:

0.5 Cup of Designer Whey Sustained Energy Vanilla Bean Premium Protein Powder
0.5 Cup of Raw Coconut Flour (make sure it is raw)
3 Tablespoons of Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Light Soy Milk
0.25 Cup of Finely Diced Walnuts

Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl and slowly add the soy milk until you get a doughy consistency.  Take a spoon full of dough and roll you out some Super Balls with your hands.  After you have rolled all of your balls, you can roll them in the walnuts or you can mix the walnuts into your dough before rolling, whatever your preference.  Place your Super Balls in the freezer for about 45 minutes to harden and then drizzle with melted dark chocolate.

I can make 18 balls with this recipe and each one has 50 calories and 3 grams of protein.  You can store them in the fridge in a baggy for a quick sweet and crunchy snack.

Designer Whey also has a huge database of recipes! Designer Whey makes it super easy to add quality protein to your diet without racking up on calories!

Here is the best part about all of this: Designer Whey is allowing me to give away SIX (yes 6!!!) containers to you guys! All you have to do is leave a comment telling me what flavor you would like to try! How easy and awesome is that!
