Our Heritage and Hybrid Breeds
Bielefelder
Bielefelders are large, gentle birds known for their beautiful autosexing plumage and consistent brown egg production. Originating from Germany, they’re as practical as they are striking—friendly, hardy, and excellent for both eggs and meat.
Black Copper Marans
Black Copper Marans are known for their rich, dark chocolate-colored eggs and striking black plumage with copper accents. We selectively breed for darker egg color while maintaining the breed’s calm temperament, hardiness, and reliable egg production, making them a standout choice for both beauty and performance in the flock.
Legbars
Legbars are an autosexing breed known for their distinctive crests, active nature, and beautiful blue eggs. Our flock includes multiple Legbar color varieties, with all breeding stock DNA tested and confirmed homozygous for the blue egg gene. We selectively breed for deeper blue egg color while maintaining the breed’s hardiness and characteristic traits.
