My Weekly Training Log {June 30-July 6, 2013}

Well, I have had zero pain, so I am continuing to slowly increase my weekly milage.  This week I completed 17 good miles.

Monday, the temperatures were unseasonably cool, so I saved my run for the afternoon.  It felt different and good.

Tuesday, I went on a brisk 4 mile walk to clear my head.

Wednesday, I had a bad morning at school and I decided to run Feaster Trail before coming home.

Thursday, I got a quick 2 miles in before the fireworks.

Saturday, I headed out to the lake and ran my old, familiar out and back.  I love this place because there are no dogs, I can relax, and the views are pretty.
