February Goals

You all know I am a goal setter.  I get bored easy, so I must continue to challenge myself to stay content.  That really doesn’t make sense, but you know what I mean. If you need a little boast of self esteem, set an easy goal and conquer that sucker.  You should try it sometime.

In the month of February I am going to:

  1. Consistently complete my core and upper body workout.
  2. Limit my online time.
  3. Run a race.
  4. Loose 5 pounds.
  5. Be thankful for everything I already have.

See, those aren’t too hard.  Maybe next month I will come up with a few more challenging things to accomplish.
