Biggest Loser Blogger {Week 3}


Uh, I did not do well this week.  I went over my calorie goal Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.  BOOOOOOOOOOO! I am not sure if it was the stress from all of us starting back to school or me just being lazy.  I did run 30 miles, but that doesn’t really matter if I am stuffing my face at night.  I have to live by the one simple weight loss rule: to lose weight, you have to burn more than you eat.  I need some kind of alarm system on my pantry/fridge after 8pm.  I swear, I can eat perfectly all day long and then sabotage the entire day in one hour.  UGH.  I don’t like reporting this, so maybe the public humiliation will require me to do better this week.  I don’t like public failure.  I would like for you all to think I am perfect. 🙂

Lets get this over with. This week I weighed in at 138 pounds so over week 2 I gained 2 pounds.

    Don’t sweat it. You acknowledge what you need to do and that is a huge step. You’ve got this. I think most of us struggled this past week.
