The past week has went really well for me. Even on the days I did not exercise, I stayed below my calorie goal. Well, Friday night I may have had a few glasses of wine and ate some Manchego cheese, but I drank plenty of water and only went over by 100 calories. I do believe that knowing I would have to weigh in with all of y’all watching made a huge difference in my night time snacking. Every time I would walk to the fridge, I imagined one of you with your arms crossed giving me the slant eye.
So, let us get down to the nitty gritty. This week I weighed in at 135.5 pounds so over week 1 I lost 1.5 pounds. I am extremely happy with my healthy weight loss.
