Biggest Loser Blogger {Week 2}


The past week has went really well for me.  Even on the days I did not exercise, I stayed below my calorie goal.  Well, Friday night I may have had a few glasses of wine and ate some Manchego cheese, but I drank plenty of water and only went over by 100 calories.  I do believe that knowing I would have to weigh in with all of y’all watching made a huge difference in my night time snacking.  Every time I would walk to the fridge, I imagined one of you with your arms crossed giving me the slant eye.

So, let us get down to the nitty gritty.  This week I weighed in at 135.5 pounds so over week 1 I lost 1.5 pounds.  I am extremely happy with my healthy weight loss.

  1. Good work! I felt the same way with the snacking, and it prevented me from eating a ton yesterday. Ha

  2. Way to go! 1.5 is a great start. Keep it up! I need to practice imagining someone giving me the slant eye when I approach the fridge.

  7. Great job! I maintain that snacking is fine as long as you’re conscious of everything that you eat so you can either subtract the calories somewhere else or exercise a bit more. I’ve found that if I have a serious craving for something and deny it, then I’m much more likely to start cheating on my diet…but if I give in and have just a little bit of whatever I want, then I’m fine! Keep up the great work!
