Week 6 Recap {Marathon Training}

Week 5 Recap

Finals week. What a stressful, crap filled week.

Sunday:
I weighed in at 136.5 lbs. Holding steady.  I’m going to have to make a change to drop those last 8 vanity pounds.  Not this week, but soon.

Monday:
I ran 2 miles in 19:00 on the tread mill. My average pace was 9:30 minutes/mile.  I took my first final this morning.  Hope I passed.

Tuesday:
I rode 15 miles on the stationary bike at the gym in 1:10:19.  I took my easiest final this morning and I have my hardest final tomorrow.  I ate 8 chocolate chip cookies while I studied. AHHHHHHH!

Wednesday:
I ran 7 miles in 1:07:00 on the tread mill.  My average pace was 9:34 minutes/mile.  I took my last final today and I just needed to run without thinking.

Thursday:
I hibernated.

Friday:
I hibernated some more.

Saturday:
I ran the Mt Nebo Bench Trail Race this morning.  You can read more about that experience here.
