Week 8 Recap {Half Marathon Training}

Week 7 Recap

My easy week 8 is complete. Cannot believe I have made it to the half way point without missing a run.  That is 32 runs if you are wondering.  I am so proud of myself.

Monday
4 mile easy run at 10:58 minutes/mile.  I ran this at a pace of 9:37 minutes/mile and finished in 38:33.

Wednesday
4 mile easy run at 10:58 minutes/mile.  I ran this at a pace of 9:36 minutes/mile and finished in 38:23.

Thursday
4 mile easy run at 10:58 minutes/mile.  I completed this day on the dread mill because I just didn’t want to wake up early.  I completed this day in 39:30 with a pace of 9:53 minutes/mile.

Saturday
4 mile easy run at 10:58 minutes/mile.  I ran this in 42:09.  I just took it easy.  I finished with an average pace of 10:32 minutes/mile.

I also rode my bike 36 miles.  Awesome fun.
