Blog Star: Hi, I’m Awesome, er, I mean Ashley

Hey y’all! My name is Ashley and I am the mom here at The Ederington Family.  I have only been blogging for about 6 months, so be nice to me.  For all my regulars, you already know this stuff, so you can skip today 🙂

You can read about all the individual members of our clan here.  We are a wild bunch.  Our family lives in rural Arkansas on a 125 acre hobby farm with sheep, goats, pigs, chickens, ducks, horses, donkeys, dogs, snakes, and bugs.  See, I told you we are wild.

Here are my highlights:
-I’m 30
-I am a stay at home mom and a full-time senior biology major.
-I run a lot.
-My favorite color is hot pink.
-I love to fish.
-I am a fan of Jesus.
-My favorite word is awesome.
-I am eccentric (that’s a nice word for crazy).
-I am not crafty.
-I like to drink wine.
-I am not perfect or rich or fancy or glamorous, I live in Arkansas for goodness sake.

I could go on and on, but I think I should stop there, I tend to over share.  I hope some of you stick around and visit more often.  Use those nifty buttons at the top of my sidebar to find me at other places in the interwebs (I spent hours making them, just hit one to make them feel useful).

  1. Nice to meet you!! I am a wine lover myself!

  2. I’m just stopping by to say hello From The Blog Star Blog Hop!

  3. Nice to meet you Ashley! I’m not crafty either, I want to be but I have no patience. It takes me about 15 minutes and then it’s in the trash!

  4. Hi there! Found your blog on the Blog Hop today! I am so excited to follow you – it seems you have quite the interesting and exciting life and I love your crazy animal farm. I also love that you love wine, that you’re not crafty (b/c neither am I), and that you are going to teach high school (high five to teachers!).

  5. Thank you for linking up. Can’t wait to read more of your posts … while drinking wine of course!

  6. I think from now on I shall call myself eccentric and not crazy. LOL Stopping by from the Blog Star link-up, nice to meet you!

  7. Stopping by from BlogStar…love that you live on a farm…it’s always been one of my biggest dreams!
I grew up with a pony, a horse, chickens, roosters, rabbits, pigs, ducks, fish, you name it we had it. Aww I miss it so much! Can’t wait to read more 🙂
