>We are going to tackle something pretty hard today. Nagging. I am a recovering nagger, so everything that I say here was learned the hard way. Trust me.
First, nagging is a verb. It means to annoy or irritate a person with persistent faultfinding or continuous urging or to be persistently painful, troublesome, or worrying.
Do you constantly remind your husband that he is drinking too much, smoking too much, eating too much, not exercising enough, or a thousand other possibilities?
The Bible says in Proverbs 21:9 that “It’s better to live alone in the corner of an attic than with a quarrelsome wife in a lovely home.” In Proverbs 21:19 it says, “It’s better to live alone in the desert than with a quarrelsome, complaining wife.” And my favorite one is in Proverbs 27:15: “A quarrelsome wife is as annoying as constant dripping on a rainy day.”
Woah, so basically, it is better for your husband to live in the very tip, corner of your attic or out in the hot, dry, nasty desert than in your nicely decorated, climate controlled, electronic filled home WITH YOU NAGGING!
So, how are you going to make your husband stop __________?
What do you think?
