Just Do It

>So, it is February 1st.  How are those Resolutions coming?  I went public with mine here.

I feel pretty good about mine so far.  I will admit that I didn’t wash my face once. I will also admit that I didn’t pray from the book yesterday.  I am ok with that, but on March 1st, I want to be able to say I was perfect.

Weirdly, I lost 7 pounds last month.  I blame this on CrossFit.  I have seriously become addicted to the class.  I also amped up my running by pacing myself on the treadmill and not wimping out.  It makes me feel a little awesome to jump on that thing and run longer and harder than the person next to me.  Totally an ego issue.

Anyway, if you haven’t kept your resolutions, why not start again today or tomorrow.  It doesn’t have to be the first day of the year to make a change.  Just do it.
