Fusion Skin Peel Review

The Fusion Peel is a multi acid, multi enzyme peeling solution suitable for all skin types and issues.  It has glycolic acid and TCA which clear acne conditions; salicylic, resorcinol, lactic, and papaya which reduces age spots, melasma, and discoloration; pumpkin and pineapple which improves skin texture and tone; and vitamin C which improves the appearance of crows feet, fine lines, and wrinkles.

As always, you should read all the directions provided before you start the peel process.  My favorite line from the the instruction book says that “it is important to remember that a chemical peel is the willful application of an ACID to produce a controlled injury to the skin.”  The things us women do to look beautiful! The process allows the body to “amp” up the production of collagen and elastin in the dermis and then causes the epidermis (the part you see) to slough off and reveal new skin.  Who doesn’t like new skin?  Enough of that geek stuff.

Let me say that I have never had a chemical peel.  I was a little scared, but I was sooooo excited.  I have really oily skin and hormonal break outs.  I don’t have bad skin, but during that magic week I just want to hide.  Dermatologists say that zits actually festering a few days before they become embarrassing volcanoes, so I decided to try out the Fusion Peel about 5 days before my normal breakout time.
I applied the Fusion Peel, as directed, and I was very pleased.  My skin was a little pink, but by the next morning, it was back to it’s normal hue.  My skin was noticeably softer and just plain brighter.  My face looked fresher and my skin was a lot less oily.  Best part, I didn’t have my normal hormonal break out! I don’t know if that is typical, but trust me, the Fusion Peel is now on my monthly calendar!
Here are some before and after pictures.  Obviously, you can’t feel how much softer my skin is in the after pictures, but trust me on that one.  See how shiny and fresh my skin looks in the after pictures, can’t fake that.
