Aaron’s Super Famous Spicy Sausage Recipe

>I understand that not everyone has the ability to grow their own food, much less raise cows, pigs, goats, and sheep like we do, but good Lord you can make some good grub with home grown veggies and meat.

I am going to share with you guys Aaron’s Super Famous Spicy Sausage recipe.  It is sooooo good, but has a bit of a kick to it, so beware.  I would recommend that you make a batch using half the spicy seasonings and if you can handle that, gradually increase the heat with every new batch.

16 oz ground pork
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (or more, if you dare)
1/4 teaspoon of rubbed sage
1/4 teaspoon of fresh coarse ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon of coriander

Just mix all of this together, pat it out, and fry it up.  Yum, yum, yum.

Some people suggest adding msg (Accent) to their sausage recipes, but if you have good quality meat you won’t need it.
